The FN® 509™ Midsize Semi-Auto Pistol is a compact firearm that delivers the performance of a full-sized 9mm pistol. It is perfect for concealed carry and features a double-action trigger with a 5.79" sight radius, a 4" cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel, and an easy-to-rack slide. The gun's improved texturing on the one included backstraps provide better recoil management, while the front and rear cocking serrations enhance manipulation control. The trigger pull can be adjusted from 5.5 to 7.7 lb, and the polymer frame features replaceable steel frame rails. Other features of this 509 model include fixed 3-dot luminescent sights, a MIL-STD-1913 accessory mounting rail, a polished chamber and feed ramp, a recessed target crown, an external extractor, a loaded chamber indicator, and a fully ambidextrous slide stop lever and magazine release.
