Most commonly Thunder Ranch Specials feature a special "TR" serial prefix. Les Baer Custom offers a two-gun sets that include a Thunder Ranch rifle and an original 5” Thunder Ranch pistol. Both Thunder Ranch guns will have matching serial numbers except for the prefixes.; the prefix on the rifle will be “MTR” and the prefix on the pistol will be “MTP”.
