This is a non-numbers matching rifle with German military proof marks. A qualified gunsmith is recommended to look over this rifle and confirm caliber before firing. During World War 2, the German military utilized forced labor to produce weapons for the war effort, and there have been a few instances of sabotaged rifles, I.E. sights improperly aligned, springs cut, etc. This rifle seems to be in functional order, however.
Condition:
This rifle remains in Excellent condition showing what we believe to be much less than average evidence of consumer use over the years.
