The Mossberg 500 is a range of pump-action shotguns created by O.F. Mossberg & Sons. The 500 series includes a variety of hammerless repeaters that all share a basic receiver and action, but differ in their barrel length, magazine capacity, choke choices, bore size, stock, and forearm materials. The models included in the 500 series are the 500, 505, 510, 535, and 590. Mossberg also produced the Revelation 310 and New Haven 600 as variations of the 500 series under different names. As of 2021, Mossberg has produced 11,000,000 M500s, making it the most widely produced shotgun of all time.
This 500E is a pump-action shotgun chambered in 410. It comes with a 24" ventilated rib barrel, a full choke, and a checkered walnut buttstock and forearm. The front sight is a white bead while the mid-sight is a brass bead, which helps improve accuracy.
