The Savage FVSS Bolt-Action Rimfire Rifle is a highly precise and adult-sized rimfire rifle available at a reasonable price. It has a weather-resistant synthetic stock and a heavy stainless steel barrel that features a recessed crown and button rifling. The rifle's stainless steel receiver has been pre-drilled and tapped with factory installed Weaver-type scope bases for your convenience. The bolt is designed with dual extractors to ensure that spent cases are extracted positively, and a 5-round, detachable magazine facilitates easy loading and unloading of the rifle. The 2-stage safety is located on the right side of the receiver, which enables the user to cycle the action with the safety engaged. The Savage 93 FVSS Bolt-Action Rimfire Rifle in 17 HMR is specially designed to take varmints, small game, as well as medium-sized predators, such as coyote, fox, and bobcat, with minimal pelt damage and muzzle blast.
