Engineered in Croatia by HS Produkt and imported exclusively by Springfield Armory, the XD (Extreme Duty) series set new standards for ergonomic polymer-framed handguns. Combining heavy-hitting .45 ACP caliber power w/ a high-capacity 13+1 flush-fit magazine design, the XD-45 provides exceptional firepower in a frame footprint comparable to 9mm pistols. Built w/ dual safety systems—including the Ultra Safety Assurance (USA) trigger and a traditional 1911-style rear grip safety—the XD-45 delivers intuitive pointability, maximum control, and military-proven reliability.
