The Winchester Model 1892 chambered in .357 Magnum, manufactured by Miroku of Japan and imported by BACO (Browning Arms Company) for Winchester Repeating Arms, is a modern reproduction of one of America’s most iconic lever-action rifles. Designed originally by legendary firearms inventor John Browning, the Model 1892 was created as a lighter, stronger successor to earlier Winchester lever actions and became famous for its smooth operation, compact handling, and classic Western styling. This Miroku-built example combines the traditional appearance and mechanical design of the original Model 1892 with modern manufacturing precision, offering excellent fit, finish, and reliability. Chambered in the versatile .357 Magnum, it provides a practical combination of mild recoil, excellent accuracy, and ammunition availability, making it well suited for recreational shooting, cowboy action competition, small-game hunting, and general field use.
