At its core is a 16-inch government-profile chrome-lined barrel featuring a 1/7 twist rate for stabilizing heavier projectile weights, crowned with a standard A2 flash hider and an F-marked pinned front sight gas block. The upper assembly is surrounded by a free-floating Midwest Industries (MI) modular handguard equipped with textured rail covers and a BCM Gunfighter vertical foregrip for optimal control. Optics are covered by a Vortex Strike Eagle 1-8x24 illuminated variable power scope mounted in a rigid Vortex cantilever ring mount and protected by flip-up lens covers. Low-light tactical capability is provided by a SureFire weapon light secured in an Olight E-WM25 rail mount.
