This Kimber Factory Letter identifies a Custom II (20SFG/Camp Morehead), bearing the highly significant serial number 20SFG0000. Chambered in .45 ACP, this model features a 5-inch barrel, a matte black finish, and wood grips.The document highlights the firearm's historical importance as Serial Number One of a special edition series, a designation reserved for the inaugural example of a limited production run. Historically, these inaugural pieces were not released to the public but were instead retained within the private collection of Kimber's founder and owner, Leslie Edelman. The letter, signed by Edelman and dated February 6, 2026, confirms its release from the Kimber Vault for delivery to Bryant Ridge Co. in Liberty, Kentucky.
