This Kimber Factory Letter identifies a Kimber Fresno Royal II pistol, bearing the highly significant serial number KMARINE0. Chambered in .45 ACP, this model is configured with a 5-inch barrel, a blued finish, and wood grips. The document highlights the firearm's historical importance as the very first serialized unit produced within its standard production line, marking the official beginning of that model's manufacturing history. As is common for inaugural examples, this "Serial Number One" pistol was originally held in the private collection of Kimber's founder and owner, Leslie Edelman. The letter, signed by Edelman and dated February 6, 2026, confirms its release from the Kimber Vault for delivery to Bryant Ridge Co. in Liberty, Kentucky.
