The Norinco MAK-90 is a highly recognizable Chinese-made semi-automatic rifle that represents a unique intersection of Cold War firearms design and evolving U.S. import regulations, produced by Norinco beginning in 1990 as a “Modified AK” platform specifically tailored for civilian export.
