Bryant Ridge Co. is pleased to present this scarce factory nickel Smith & Wesson Model 51 barrel and cylinder assembly chambered for the unique and highly collectible .22 Remington Jet cartridge. Introduced during the 1960s as part of Smith & Wesson’s experimentation with ultra-high-velocity revolver cartridges, the .22 Jet remains one of the most unusual factory offerings ever brought to market. Original factory nickel examples are especially difficult to locate today, as many revolvers saw heavy use or were later parted out due to the cartridge’s specialized nature.
