The Walther P22 is a semi-automatic rimfire pistol that is perfect for informal target shooting and plinking. It has a user-friendly design that is easy to operate. The pistol is equipped with an external hammer and a double- and single-action trigger. It also has a thumb safety that blocks the firing pin, and an additional safety feature that prevents the pistol from firing if it is accidentally dropped. The frame is made of black polymer, which provides a non-slip cross-directional grip surface. The pistol comes with two interchangeable backstraps that can be customized to fit the shooter's hand. An integral Picatinny rail is also included for attaching aftermarket sights and lights. The ambidextrous magazine release is easily accessible with the shooter's thumb. The Walther P22 Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol comes with 3-dot, low-profile sights that are quick to acquire in a variety of lighting conditions. The rear sight can be screw adjusted for windage.
