This Kimber Factory Letter documents a Custom TLE/RL II (363 MP) pistol, identified by the serial number K313912. This specific firearm is chambered in .45 ACP and is configured with a 5-inch barrel, a matte black finish, and wood grips. According to the remarks, this example is part of a special edition that was retained within the personal holdings of Leslie Edelman, founder and owner of Kimber. Firearms from these retained groups were set aside from general distribution, preserving them as part of a private archive. The letter further notes that this example is enhanced by being furnished with its original display case.
